Last Week’s Most Intriguing Burgers 10/31

What with Halloween burgers, Bud burgers, cocktails and quarterly sales reports there just wasn’t space to round up last week’s most interesting burgers last week. But I can’t just ignore them because this is a fascinating dozen: kaocha squash patties, blackberry sriracha sauce, fried ravioli as a topping and chimichurri aïoli. Then considers where these burgers hail from: Ireland, England, Poland, Australia and Tasmania as well as burger bars around the U.S. You can’t ignore that.
