Jack in the Box Goes Country

Jack in the Box has gone country from dawn to late night.

For early risers the chain added a limited-time, $2.79 Breakfast Waffle Sandwich. An egg, American cheese and Jack’s new “country-grilled sausage” are layered between two waffles, lightly sweetened with maple (as McDonald’s McGriddles line does with pancake sandwiches).

Then new TV advertising that broke nationally July 5 featuring Jack and country star Brad Paisley. They’re pitching the All-American Jack Combo, another of the bundled meals that are becoming Jack in the Box signatures. This combines the double-patty All-American Jack burger with small fries and a 20-oz. drink for $4.99.

The commercial, from agency Secret Weapon Marketing, closes with Jack in the Box’s new late-night logo.

As reported here earlier, Jack in the Box began airing TV commercials with Paisley last month just in some of the Southeast markets into which the chain has expanded. Its Jack Burger Truck visited the CMA Music Festival & Fan Fair in Nashville.
